A: You need to install the manufacturer's runtime environment for the scanner to initialize correctly:

A: The PIN stands for **Personal Identification Number**. It is a unique 10-digit or 12-digit number found on your purchased NABTEB Scratch card (revealed by scratching off the silver panel). You will use it along with the card Serial number to complete registrations.
A: Scratch cards can be purchased at the NABTEB National Office, or at any Zonal and Branch offices throughout Nigeria. They are also available at designated bank outlets and post offices. Alternatively, you can purchase your registration PIN online instantly at epins.nabteb.gov.ng.
A: Each scratch card is uniquely tied to **exactly one candidate**. Once a candidate submits their details, the card cannot be used to register any other person.
A: You are permitted to edit your registration a **maximum of 3 times** using the same card details. After the 3rd edit, the card limits are reached and no further modifications will be allowed.
